Life is hard, I know. Sometimes days seem impossible, and the thought of another just like the one you just vanquished? It's enough to send you back to bed.
But this is how life is. This is how this incarnation is. We are stronger than we think; we always have been. The difference now? We take ourselves so seriously. Every minor chore becomes the battlefield.
It doesn't have to be this way. We can allow ourselves perspective. We can allow ourselves space and permission to say that something just *isn't* that important.
It can't be all life or all death. We are not built to run from the predator all the time; we are built, too, to sit in the sun, to nap after meals, to sit in the shade by the river, waiting for the fish to come to us.
