Bravery comes naturally to no one. Some of us may lean into it with more gusto than others, but it's a learned skill, an acquired skill. And it's a skill which, if unused even for a short amount of time, disappears--requiring all that work, all that breathing all over again.
For most of us, though--for better, for worse--it's something we rely on daily. It lends us kindness, compassion, strength, groundedness and gravity. We offer it our heart, our doubt, and our indefatigable reliance on hope.
